Start Your Blue Lock Career: EgoCoins Guide
Understand EgoCoins as currency, separate them from Skill Points and rolls, and set a useful gear budget before spending your balance.
EgoCoins are an in-game currency in Start Your Blue Lock Career, and some codes grant them as free rewards. Keep that balance separate from Skill Points and ability rolls. For spending, start with a gear goal and a reserve rather than treating a larger balance as a reason to buy immediately.
The Settings and reward portions show where code claims sit alongside the career; EgoCoins are one possible reward type.
Know what the currency question is
If you want gear, an EgoCoin budget is relevant. If you want more weapon or flow attempts, read the roll labels instead. A reward bundle can include both currency and rolls without turning them into the same resource.
| Resource | Useful planning focus |
|---|---|
| EgoCoins | An in-game currency balance and gear budget. |
| Skill Points | A separate development reward category. |
| Weapon Rolls | Weapon attempt resources. |
| Flow Rolls | Flow style attempt resources. |
Those distinctions make a mixed reward easier to use. You can appreciate a currency claim while still reserving its roll resources for another session.
Give your gear budget a purpose
Decide whether you are saving for something you want or browsing without a target. Saving deserves priority when a purchase would leave you unable to pursue the goal that motivated the session.
Avoid spending just to lower the balance. A purchase should serve the striker you want to develop, and keeping a reserve leaves room for a later change in priorities. This is budget advice, not a claim that every item has the same value.
Keep free claims and purchases separate
A free EgoCoin reward adds currency; a pass called x2 EGOCOINS is a paid offer with a different commitment. Claiming a code does not buy a permanent pass.
